Truly one of the most beautiful places we've ever stayed. The woman serving breakfast (they even had oatmeal and fruit for us vegans + oat milk, and fresh made muffins and an amazing looking breakfast for non-vegans!) was so friendly and kind. Would love to come back and stay again!
Really cool B&B! Classic New England feel - staff was super nice and helpful. Wife and I stayed for an anniversary trip to Lake Winnipesaukee. Great location as well - easy drive/walk to number of local spots and not far from the lake for day trips.
The whole stay was just wonderful! The inn keepers were so kind, the room we had was huge with a beautiful bathroom, everything was so clean! The breakfast in the morning was amazing - we will be staying here every time we go to a concert at Meadowbrook!
The home cooked breakfast was top tier, the monkey bread was probably the best thing I have ever tasted. The room was clean, and the staff was super friendly. Not really an inn person but I would happily come back!
The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property was very well landscaped. The attention to detail of the house was amazing!
The Inn was centrally located and a perfect place to stay at , for the weekend wedding event we went to in Sanborton.
The breakfast was delicious and very satisfying, energizing us for our busy days.
The unit was clean and the bed was comfortable. The grounds were lovely and the path to the river was a perfect little walk to stretch our legs.. I would definitely stay again!
Thorough charming, atmospheric and memorable. The house looks like the set of Clue, and it's wonderful to imagine yourself in a country estate a century earlier. Breakfast was excellent, staff were lovely, and we had a great time.
This is a charming B&B. I really enjoyed my stay there. The staff made me feel like I had come home. The breakfast was delicious, the location is almost right downtown, but far enough away to feel like you’re isolated.
Definitely going there again.
The house is stunning; it feels like it did 140 years ago, with beautiful furnishings from that time period. Our room was very large, with a comfortable seating area and an extra area with lots of stained glass that really brought in the natural light nicely. Even though our room was steet-side, the traffic noise was negligible. Our stay was much quieter than a hotel room in a similar situation. We didn't see any guests until breakfast the next morning. The breakfast was better than I could have made at home; it was delicious and varied, with our heated food made to order. We were very impressed with the whole experience.
Stayed for a night, the house is absolutely lovely, our room was cozy and spacious, the staff is welcoming and kind, and the breakfast was fantastic. Wish we could have stayed longer!
Friendly staff, clean, yummy and generous breakfast. They even started breakfast half an hour early because I had to leave early. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
