Every person that I met on the property was extremely warm, friendly and helpful. From the women in reception to the man cleaning the pools to the man who fixed a little problem in our room to the maids I met in the hall, everyone was welcoming and hospitable. The grounds were well taken care of and filled with things to do and the pools and hot tubs were exceptionally clean.

Our room had an upstairs and downstairs with 2 bedrooms with queen beds. It was very clean and tidy when we arrived. Checking in was easy at the main office and they were helpful with any questions I had. Check in staff were very friendly and gave ideas for things to do. The grounds of the resort were maintained and cleaned. We stayed in the Zurich which was outdated and smelled "old" .
