Lake view was beautiful and peaceful. The room had broken window (outside of the double glassed window) needs replacing.

I didn’t like the fact that if you want to use the pool, you have to go down all those stairs. And the water was quite cool on the hot tub which made me not want to to go in

Divya Sutra Plaza and Conference Centre, Vernon, BC
Dirty floor, noisy ventilation, no control over room temperature, bad smell, furniture in poor condition, noisy rooms next door and above, poor quality television, bathroom in bad condition.

The Parkside Hotel & Spa
Room and appliances were very clean with a decent view of mountains in the distance (preferred view room). Elevator and parking are secure which was very reassuring.
