"What an incredible find! We were very pleased with our room. Big windows that let in lots of light. Good shades to pull at night. Nice kitchenette to store our drinks. We did not cook as there were so many options within a block or two. We would gladly stay here again. "

"It was a great apartment- perfect for our family of four. Kitchen was well equipped. They didn’t receive one of our messages about parking and we got a parking ticket- my understanding was that this was an error in receiving info from Expedia. But otherwise, it was very nice. Plenty of room and good location- would definitely stay here again. "

"Loved our 2 bedroom apartment in Les Lofts. Modern and clean with brick features. Wish I had known there was a washer/dryer unit in the hall at no charge. Would have brought detergent tabs. Bathroom amenities were great . You should know there are a few uphill climbs to get up to Old Quebec. The lofts are at the port. Museum of Cilvisation was around the corner and had an amazing First Nations exhibit and great snack/lunch option on site. The Lofts will not disappoint."

"Within walking distance to all amenities. Clean, quiet, comfortable. Note: it's furnished but need to bring/buy your own extras. ie. coffee, sugar, paper towels, shampoo etc. but everything needed easily purchased at Metro in the Pyramid accross the street. Easy check in and check out. "

"Great location for touring Quebec’s best attractions - walkable although there are some hills. The property never contacted me for a security deposit and when I wasn’t given the code to check in, I called them but was only given the option to leave a message. I had to phone several times to finally find out why I was not given a code to check in. "Emplacement excellent et loft très agréable. Un peu tard à recevoir les informations d’arrivées au loft. Pas clair quand à l’utilisation du même code d’entrée. On n’a pas tenu compte de ma mobilité réduite mise à part de dormir dans le lit escamotable pourtant la chambre à un accès direct à la mezzanine. Sortir du bain est un parcours du combattant. J’ai failli me planter. Ceci dit très agréable car c’est notre 3e séjour aux lofts."

"I was really pleasantly surprised by how quiet and large this location is! I wish we'd stayed there for more than the one day, it was exceptional and very easy to check in and find. So convenient for the morning train, as well! The only thing I didn't like was the couch, it was pretty stiff. "

"Great location as it's close to Old Quebec and easy to get to. The accommodations were comfortable and communications with the hosts was speedy. Having on site parking was a plus, just note that the space is tight, I had a honda civic but my passenger still had to get out of the car before I could park so that I would have room to get out. "

"This is an iconic hotel, beautifully maintained, in an outstanding location. The only fault I have is the extremely small room and bathroom especially considering the high price. Our "deluxe" river view room was so small it was difficult for two people to get around. The window is rather small and tucked near the corner of the room. The bathroom was small and uncomfortable. "
