"The Positives Unbeatable Location: You simply cannot beat the proximity to all the local activities and Mont-Tremblant truly is the Cadillac of getaways! Wonderful Staff: The customer service was a major highlight. Every staff member we interacted with was incredibly nice and genuinely helpful. Great Amenities: The pool and hot tub area were fantastic for unwinding after a busy day out. The Drawbacks (minor) Dated Rooms: While clean and functional, the room decor and furnishings are definitely showing their age and are in need of an update. The Pull-Out Couch is Unusable: This was a huge pain point. The mattress on the pull-out couch was so painfully uncomfortable that we had to drive to Walmart to buy an air mattress for the last two nights. Neighboring Odors (Out of Hotel's Control): While not the hotel's fault, our next-door neighbor seemed to be frying fish three times a day, which made the hallway smell quite unpleasant. Recommendations for Future Guests We would definitely stay here again because the staff, pool, and location are fantastic. However, do not rely on the pull-out couch. If you are traveling as a family, we strongly recommend booking a room with two proper beds or bringing along a blow-up mattress to ensure a good night's sleep."

"We paid extra money for our 10-month-old baby's bassinet. It was damaged on the first night, and since they had run out of other options, we had no choice. By the second night, they replaced the bassinet. Other than that, the place was good."

"Great location, but poor soundproofing The location is perfect, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast was decent and had enough choices to satisfy everyone. The front desk staff were also very nice and helpful, especially when we had an issue with our room. Unfortunately, the soundproofing between rooms is not good. The hotel was full of families with babies during our stay, and our first night was very difficult. We were given a connecting room next to a family with a baby. Because of the connecting door, we could hear them coming in and out of the room throughout the night, and the door itself was not very soundproof. On top of that, the baby cried throughout much of the night, which kept waking us up. Of course, the family has every right to be there, and I don't blame them at all. The problem is really the poor soundproofing, which made it impossible for us to sleep well. Thankfully, the front desk staff were very understanding and helped us move to another room for the second night. We really appreciated their effort and excellent customer service. Overall, great location, clean rooms, decent breakfast with enough choices, and very helpful staff, but the soundproofing is a significant issue. I would recommend requesting a room that is not connecting to another room, especially if you are a light sleeper."

"We live our stay at the Grand Lodge Hotel, but the kitchen lack the proper equipment to cook,it's very minimal. I feel the playroom should be updated a bit and it would be nice to have a Cantina with some affordable food during the day. Overall we love the place but it feel overpriced for what it is."

"My first time in Mont Tremblant, and it was amazing this hotel is just the right fit for what I was looking for plus the heater pool is everything, staff so friendly, residence in the area were so friendly and approachable, I had an amazing experience and would definitely come back to this hotel , I forgot to mention the beautiful we had that came with the rroom of lac Moore and the mountain very scenic so happy with my experience here and the room was super clean"
