"Desk staff were friendly enough but were not expecting me and had no interest in my confirmation number. They asked if we booked through Expedia, but seemed unfamiliar with Orbitz.
But they honored the reservation and the price and asked us to sit down (presumably while they get a room ready).
The bed is nice and firm and has a real mattress of an Asian variety.
The shower is nice and warm and has the Australian-like water-saving head. So you get ok pressure but little water. The hot water...

"Worst experience ever! No hot water what so ever. Got bitten by bedbugs 50-60 times a night. Cockroaches on the floor. No cleaning for four days. I constantly had to ask for more toilet paper. 45 USD a night for this is a joke! Even the name is a lie. The only view you have is right into another tall building. "

I did not turn any of them on, as i came back from outside i found my bed was done up and realised some one has been into the room. They refused to give us the rooms we booked as apparently they didn’t have them ( 2 double bed rooms) but we saw them later during our stay. The reception staff are useless and do not help at all.
