"Nice room in an older building in a residential and business are. the neighborhood is so nice. At nite people walking everywhere and beautiful stores. Many restaurants everywhere. There is a be market around the corner that opens every morning at 5:00 a.m. and at noon they are gone. I was very comfortable and safe there as I traveled solo."

"We had issues contacting someone to get checked in but once we were in, the room was clean with the promised amenities. I will say the cups they provide for the tea disintegrate before you can finish your hot beverage so they might want to get some different cups or bring your own. "We had very pleasant stay for 2 nights, 3 to 4 minutes walk to train station, grate location, super convenient if you will visit Cinque Terre; a few minutes walk to city for eat and drink. We checked in late, the owner welcomed us the following morning, provided us great tips and recommendations where to go, which trails to hike to avoid the crowds. The place also offered breakfast which was very convenient. It was raining all day when we were there, luckily I was able to borrow the umbrella...

Her instructions for self check-in were super easy because of her clear explanations and photos. Our room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. "Unusual, just three double rooms and a small breakfast room, breakfast supervised by Daniel, the owner, so intimate. Room was good with a decent bathroom and good shower. Big bed, but not very comfortable and lumpy pillows. A lot of traffic noise; the property is on a main road. Bus stop right outside and supermarket next door. Daniel and his wife are attentive and friendly."

"The property was very clean and very well kept. Everything was modern and functioned like it should. The view was very nice, overlooking the harbor of La Spezia. At night it was beautiful with town lit up and the mountains in the background. I only stayed for 2 nights but it was nice and quiet for those nights. It's a little far from town, so there's not much traffic and no nightlife to keep you up. Getting into town does require a car or relying on a taxi, which can be expensive in La Spezia....

"A good place to stay for a couple of nights. It’s beautifully refurbished and v clean. Breakfast is nice too. It’s quite a walk into town or the train station, 30 mins or so, but there’s a a v good pizza place just down the road. We arrived mid afternoon which does not fit in with the hotels checking in hours, but after a phone call we were able to get in, much appreciated after a very long drive. "

"Fantastic apartment, has everything you need and is very spacious. The apartment is in a courtyard that has many coffee shops, restaurants and shopping. There is a grocery store literally 20 seconds out the front door. There is a large alleyway that goes all the way to the train station (15 minutes), that has every kind of store you need and has fabulous shopping."

"We had some difficulty opening the door initially but the staff came very fast to help us with it, which we greatly appreciated. We mainly communicated to them via Whatsapp. The room is very luxurious, big and modern and clean. The amount of amenities provided is insane. They even have a dishwasher in the room! The wifi was also strong which is a win. One downside is that there is no lift. You have to climb up a flight of stairs with your luggages to reach the apartment."
