"The hotel was a good area to stay at. There were some staff members who were a little bit rude and even though you had the do not disturb sign on your door they are still knocking on your door to ask if you need anything."

"The staff were not very nice but I enjoyed the room and the people that we met at the resort. It was very clean and had a good vibe. It's relaxing and still close to the downtown area. I went during carnival season so maybe the staff were overworked but I saw a staff member continue to stare at her phone when a guest was asking a question. "Food was excellent for an AI. Rooms and resort very clean. Staff not very friendly at the desk - out AC was not working properly and we slept hot the first night. The next morning we asked for maintenance to check at 10am. By 8pm it was not checked and still not working. Went to the desk and told maintenance would come. Returned tj the room for over an hour with no maintenance. Went back to the desk & We were told no more room in “your price range” to move to and there was nothing they could do...
