Je tiens à souligner que la réceptionniste a été réactive : elle est venue constater la situation en personne et m'a immédiatement changé de chambre. Cependant, la suite est inacceptable. À sa demande, j'ai envoyé des photos par courriel pour assurer le suivi. Une semaine plus tard, je n'ai reçu aucune réponse ni aucun retour. Ce manque de considération après un incident aussi grave entache sérieusement mon expérience. séjour du 14 au 16 avril 2026"
