I really recommend this place, breathtaking Oceanview, the staff was always so kind and helpful, the rooms were very comfortable and clean. Nothing like having some nice food and drinks in a private beach in Mexico. Overall, an insane and very relaxing experience. I am definitely staying here again.

Very Beautiful place, customer service was amazing, paying attention to every detail. It has an incredible Oceanview, and the food is delicious. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Overall, a very enjoyable experience. They even picked me up from the airport with no extra charge, it all was smooth and easy.

Top notch the best place to stay in La Paz! Staff is just amazing and really great hosts. There is a really nice snorkeling on the property beach. Please be respectful do not touch or take anything from the ocean stay off the reef as they are trying to assist in regrowing the ecosystem. The resort should take action in informing the guests about this to ensure its well being.

We splurged and booked the presidential suite, it was absolutely gorgeous with incredible panoramic views, it was clean and comfortable. However, apart from that, it’s hard to imagine the staff managing to make our experience worse. The service was slow and we were continuously made to feel like we were an inconvenience to them. I could go into detail on every interaction but there were too many to get into, our friend who was also staying had an identical experience. It was hard to understand, because the place was spectacular but everything just made us feel unwelcome.

For being one of the most expensive hotels in La Paz it was a bad experience.The customer service was horrible they looked mad all the time and took for ever to get a drink made. The bungolow rooms look really cool on their website but A/C was not working and also leaking on our bed. (It was 109F) so yeah that wasnt fun. The lighting around the bungolow was pretty and i tripped and cut my toe pretty bad. This is the first time i write a negative review and sucks that it had to be in La Paz

Pros: quiet boutique hotel, swimmable beach, spacious suite, free parking Cons: - This was not a 5 star hotel - service was cold and at times it felt like we were annoying the staff if we asked for breakfast or any general questions. When we checked out, instead of asking how our stay was, the front desk clerk told us to wait while they did a security and housekeeping check on our room - I’ve never experienced this and it was an annoying inconvenience. - We had an ocean view suite for $480/night and several things were broken in the room - the steam shower, the ceiling fan, and the ac unit in the bedroom (they had a wall unit in the living room area but it wasn’t powerful enough to sufficiently cool the bedroom on the other side, which meant we had to sleep in a warm room (temps were 74-99). No apologies or offers to make it right, just a text reply to confirm that yes these items are broken. The toilet flush panel broke as well but at least they fixed this. Overall it seems that they’ve let things go over the years. - Beach club was an exaggeration - they had about 8 teepees and it was open to the public as well. Luckily we were there during a quiet week, but I imagine these would fill up quickly during busy season. - No shaded seating by the pool - Included breakfast was a bit of fruit, tiny store-bought stale muffins and a small scoop of yogurt with a teaspoon of granola. We had a car so didn’t spend all day there, but they need to make service and amenity improvements.

Stunning hotel with a really chill vibe, was a great place for our honeymoon. In La Paz is less touristy than most other areas and we found that not many spoke English, which was cool to experience but hard to navigate… most of the staff were bilingual and excited to help. Room was spotless with an amazing view and cleaned every time we left. Food and drinks were great, best part was how helpful front desk was, just text them on WhatsApp and they’ll help you with literally anything in a few minutes. Overall it is a bit pricey but way better value than a mega resort. Couldn’t recommend enough!
