"This institution is professional, kind, always there for their guests. I have no complaint, everything was perfect. Room service was great, the pool and spa area was great. The bar staff were efficient. The front office people were super helpful in setting up taxis. The breakfast was amazing. We had just come back from climbing Huayna Potosi and despite looking like backpackers the staff all treated us like their best clients. "This place is AMAZING! I arrived at 0500 looking like a zombie having flown overnight from Bogotá and they let me check in. Yes, I will pay $60 for more sleep, thanks! Breakfast was delicious, with loads of options. I then spent some time in the spa trying to turn myself back into a human and it was just what I needed. There’s a steam room, hot tub, and a lap pool and I had them all to myself. The room itself was gorgeous, spacious, and well furnished. I particularly appreciated a very good...

"Ótima! Do momento que cheio até o momento da saída. Café da manhã muito bom, atendimento excepcional, limpeza excelente, ótima localização. Hotel não tem serviço de quarto ou restaurante mas, a recepção de ajuda a pedir o Ifood da cidade. Eles te ajudam com comida, táxi, sugestões...o que vc precisar. Próximo ao teleférico para ter uma vista maravilhosa da cidade! Eu voltaria com certeza!"
