"Friendly and helpful staff, perfect beach view from the room balcony; suite comfortable and very quiet at night, lunch at the hotel restaurant was incredible, and the town is delightful. The only negative is weak internet, but who needs internet on a beach getaway!"

"Just returning from a 7 night stay. Room was lovely all the essentials provided. Lovely powerful shower , comfy beds and very quiet. Also they have a lovely terrace with a pool to cool off and have a drink.A five min walk into the shops bars and restaurants and 10 min walk to centre Nerja. Tess and Jorge the owners we had the pleasure of meeting them both and if you needed their assistance they were fantastic to oblige. "This is the second time we have stayed at La Puerta de Nerja Hostel Boutique. The location is ideal as it is very close to bars and restaurants. Burriana Beach is a 15 minute picturesque walk away. The staff were extremely friendly especially the staff on the rooftop terrace, where we went at the end of an evening. A big thank you to the mature gentleman, his grandson and the waitress who were very attentive.. we loved the cake!! We would definitely recommend this hostel and will plan to return...

"We chose this hotel because it is pet-friendly. The hotel's decor is very chic; the public areas, pool, and gardens have a Moroccan influence. To be honest, it is magnificent. However, the room is dated. Huge, with a huge living area and two bedrooms, truly amazing, just dated and a little tired. I did not sleep because of the noise of the AC, and there was no light in the bathroom. That said, we could have contacted reception and had the light changed. We did not. We did not use the...
