"The hotel was good, clean, staff friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was very good and rooms were sound proof and with good air conditioning. Pool were clean but small. At times they felt a bit crowded but most of the time were good in June. I imagine that July and August they would be crowder. Amenities like the Club for VIP were expensive €15 per drink! the same as the spa services. The restaurant Suena Chibo served us the worst rump stakes we ever ate at €26 per piece. Do not recommend...

"Amazing all around. Really nice staff, hospitality was 10/10. It was clean everywhere: pools, beach, gym, elevators, stairwells, just everything was SPOTLESS. That’s a very big deal for me. Breakfast was good. My only complaint is the food at the restaurants wasn’t outstanding for the price, especially compared to what’s available outside the resort. "We couldn’t get over how clean everything was here. They spend a lot of time keeping everything very clean. My husband and I stayed and here and paid a little extra for the room with the private swim up pool. I would absolutely recommend that option for those traveling without kids."
