Everything about this hotel is great, first time staying here and was not disappointed. Would definitely recommend it to anyone. My view to the Arenal hotel was beautiful. Staff was nice & helpful. Will look to stay again in the future.

We love this property because all of the rooms have gorgeous views of the volcano. The breakfast was phenomenal lots of options. The spa service of a chocolate couples massage was nice. We love that they had a pool and thermal springs. The only things we didn’t love were the insane prices at the pool bar areas $30 for a shrimp quesadilla for example and $20 per drink even more expensive than in US felt abusive.

Breakfast was great (food and view) Staff is very friendly and prompt to assist Rooms are spacious and the view of the volcano is amazing Restaurants is overprice (in my opinion) but that seems to be the case for all hotels , Wood pizza was good ($20 -$25) there is other local food options near by I will definitely stay again

What a beautiful property, grounds are lush and has a phenomenal volcano view from pretty much everywhere on the property. Staff is absolutely amazing!!! Thank you for a wonderful stay !

Excellent staff and service. Everyone is so helpful and go out of the way to make your stay the best. View of Arenal Volcano is outstanding throughout the property. You are surrounded by well manicured and wild forest so it's like staying in luxury with nature all around. We stayed in a superior junior suite and literally woke up to to a clear view of the volcano. Hot springs was ok. We didn't spend much time there so it wasn't a big deal for us. If you are booking a resort for the hot springs then this is not it.

Absolutely phenomenal stay, the staff were incredible. The all inclusive Buffay breakfast was amazing. The views were amazing and loads of wildlife rate on site. Went above and beyond!
