"This was a wonderful stay at this hotel. The description does not do it justice. It is way better than anticipated. The room was called family room, it had a full bedroom with king size bed, full bathroom with bathtub, a big living room with queen size Murphy. Bed and a pull out couch, another bathroom with great shower. It also had a functioning gas fireplace with remote control. Just outside our room was a hot tub and a pool. I really recommend this place, wonderful staff, very helpful. There are all sorts of games in the lobby, a pool table, foosball, checkers, chess, ping pong, it will keep you and kids occupied and entertained. I definitely willreturn.."

"Nice place, good view. The area around is good for hiking if you have a car. You can walk or run around the lake (I ran) if you don’t mind being on the run. Unit was cozy and had sufficient kitchen gear to allow for cooking. The nearby store is well stocked including with alcohol and ready to eat meals. Except for the tennis court (decent) I found the amenities (pool, gym, games room) underwhelming although to be fair we were out of season and that wasn’t the purpose of our trip. Hiking in the nearby provincial park (secteur Diable) is excellent. Highly recommend."

"If you are staying in the Loft, as we were, it is probably a good idea to bring a meal along to stay in and cook. In fact, it's possible that this suggestion was made at some point during booking. It is about a 20 minute drive back to Mont Tremblant to go out to eat. Not a big deal, but once we arrived to the Loft, we would have enjoyed just staying in, it's so cozy. At breakfast the next morning, my husband's omelette was burnt, and should have never left the kitchen, we thought. He mentioned it after he ate it - can't do much about it then! But cook should have noticed. Sorry, but they lost a star for that. Otherwise, it was a lovely property."
