"I loved how on last mimute they could of arange and change the reservation for me, beause our parry got smaller. So they gave me than a big family two storie room. Which we loved and liked so much. We even asked to stay an extra night because syrasbourg has so much to do and they had no problem because the room was free for one morw night. A very friendly and helpful staf at the frontdesk. Higly recommend this Hotel. Nex time I come for a Christmas i will surely stay there again. "

"The room is ok for the price except they don't have elevator. It's not good when you travel with your big luggage. The bathroom is so small and quite old. We stay in a room for 4 person. The stairs to go to second floor is dangerous, you have to be careful to slip on the stairs. "

"Beautiful grounds, with attentive staff and delicious food. The room was very comfortable and spacious, as well as clean. We really enjoyed our 3 nights and agree it was probably our favorite stay amongst our 9 hotel stays this trip! Great location too, trucked a little ways away from the business of the city, but just about a 10min walk to anything you want. "
