"Room is huge and clean. Very nice bed. But check-in are digital. Intruction was unclear. The password pad next to the door was not obvious. They required me to enter the order number but it took me plenty of guess to find out the correct answer. There is a parking close to the hotel but the intruction of parking location is in the check-in area. It would be great if it was provided in the email. Other than the virtual check-in and hard the find a parking place around. I am happy with the stay"

Their staff are very nice and helpful, there will be free parking if you pre-book with the hotel, and there is a big bath tube open for guests for free which is a bonus for relax before sleeping!"

Tenjin area has many good restaurants which are within walking distance. However, if you are going to sign up for tours, Hakata may be a better choice as the pick up place is often at Hakata."
