Great hotel to stay in Kumamoto. It's near the Kumamoto castle, Sakura-no-baba Josaien and the sakuramachi shopping centre. The hotel has a lot of on-site amenities such as a public bath and a restaurant. Staff are helpful and attentive.

Super convenient location next to the Sakuramachi bus stop from the airport bus line. It is also a 5min walk to the red and blue line bus and shopping arcade with lots of shopping and restaurants. The staff was really helpful in arranging extra days for me to stay (since I was there during the typhoon). Stayed in the Kumamoto room which was really cute! Maybe if they gave a couple themed Kumamoto cookies it would have been perfect. Would stay again.

Walking distance to attraction nearby like Kumamoto Castle & Sun Road Shin Shigai shopping arcade.
