"Ik vond de accommodatie op zich prettig. De kamer was netjes, met een fijn balkon en een schone badkamer. De locatie is mooi, rustig en voelde veilig aan, wat zeker een pluspunt is. Helaas was de service tijdens ons verblijf erg teleurstellend. We verbleven er 6 nachten en in die tijd is de kamer geen enkele keer schoongemaakt. We hebben ook geen schone handdoeken gekregen en de vuilniszakken werden niet geleegd of vervangen. Daarnaast stonden er wel kopjes op de kamer, maar er waren geen...

We did notice that on our more casual days we received slightly different treatment from the staff in the dining room at breakfast, however the breakfast choices are incredible, the spa was exceptional, the staff I encountered and made requests or queries to were more than happy to help. "Very nice hotel, one of our favorites in Croatia. Very cool they also had an EV charger. Tasty food and wine. Nice pool and beautiful views. You do hear the highway a bit but I didn’t find it bothersome. Expedia advertises a family room but it is actually just a suite with a double bed, sadly an additional bed costs 100 EUR per night extra."

"Had a lovely stay at Katerina Island Hotel. Very peaceful and relaxing, but with the buzz of Rovinj just a 5 minute boat ride away. The hotel staff were pleasant, and helpful. The room was large and clean, although the shower was tiny and in need of some tlc Would definitely recommend this hotel, and Rovinj is a beautiful place. Wish we were back there now!!"
