"We were there September 12 for 7 days. Our air conditioner didn’t work moved us to a second room was filled with bugs biting me. They came and sprayed the room twice did not get rid of the bugs. I had bites all over my body. The large pool was closed due to renovations, and the restaurant was closed due to renovations. They should’ve compensated something for the inconvenience. This place makes you relax and that’s what vacation is all about. The pier is amazing and we enjoyed snorkeling everyday. We will definitely be coming back!!!"
