Hotel was okay, clean and pleasant staff. If you’re wanting somewhere within walking distance to Krakow centre then this isn’t for you. Taxis ranged in prices from 19zl to 65zl. The most expensive we disagreed with the driver only to be told it was Sunday!!

Omijajcie szerokim łukiem

Lokalizacja hotelu ok, może nie w centrum, ale blisko, a zarazem przy trasie, więc wszystko ok. Budynek stoi. Na recepcji przywitał nas młody człowiek bardzo przyjaźnie. Kwota za nocleg to 199pln, ale BEZ śniadania. Co otrzymujemy w tej cenie? (tutaj kończą się pozytywy o hotelu) Otrzymujemy łóżko i ciepłą wodę w łazience. Poza tym absolutnie nic. Chyba w więzieniu jest lepiej, a na pewno czyściej. Wykładzina jest cała pobrudzona. Jest stara i brudna. Pokój jest mały i ciasny. Łóżko jest małe, wąskie, a materac stary. Całą noc sprężyna z łóżka przypominała mi o mojej pomyłce przy rezerwacji hotelu. Dodam jeszcze, ze hotel korzysta z pościeli odzyskanej ze szpitala. (Widać to, bo każda kołdra jest podstęplowana przez Szpital). Pościel jest uprana, ale jest porwana lub przedziera się. Dramat! Łazienka to zbyt ładne słowo na opisanie stanu tego pomieszczenia. To, ze jest tam brudno to już chyba oczywiste. Bateria umywalki ma chyba z 15 lat. Słuchawka prysznica daje wodę, ale raczej cieknie niż leci woda. Natomiast pojemnik na mydło przy umywalce jest tak zamieszczony, ze odległość do umywalki to około 1cm. Chyba po to, by nie zużywać mydła w płynie. Nachodzi mnie zatem myśl i moja sugestia dla wszystkich, którzy planują tu nocleg (bo np.nie ma miejsc w innych hotelach w Krakowie) jest taka... jedźcie do Katowic. Już nie chce się pastwić i opisywać, ze nawet każdy tablet jest większy niż tu telewizor. A to oczywiście nie plazma, ale model z extra dużym tyłem.

Perfect for Solo Getaway

Had an amazing short-term stay at System Hotel. The rooms were very clean, bathrooms in tip-top shape, and beds were super comfy. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for an affordable, yet great hotel to stay in Kraków.

This is easily the worst hotel I have stayed at in many years. It is located in a gas station parking lot along a crowded industrial highway surrounded by factories and warehouses, inconvenient to both downtown Krakow, any restaurants, and the airport. The room was tiny; to small to open a suitcase anywhere on the floor. We asked for a paid upgrade and were provided with a "deluxe" room that was at least a few square feet larger, still dismal but at least we could unpack. The bathroom was the absolute minimum that could be provided and be usable with a shower the size of a vertical coffin, a tiny sink, and maybe 10 square feet of total floor space. The carpet was badly stained. There was zero charm or character of any kind. Just going out to a restaurant required a taxi in and out of town, thus cancelling any possible savings from a lower room rate. Krakow is a a fascinating walking city and this place permits no access to anything without the virtue one may find if such a place was at least convenient to the airport which required another expensive cab fare. We resented being shunted here by Orbitz.

Dejligt hotel til favorabel pris!

Venligt og meget hjælpsomt personale. Hotellet rent og pænt, værelset lidt slidt, men rent og pænt. Comfortable senge, dog ingen luksus.Beliggenheden: nemt at finde, beliggende op til indfaldsvej, men en del støj herfra. Godt hotel til god pris. Kan absolut anbefales.

The staff was very nice and professional. They were extremely helpful with calling taxis and giving me pointers on where to get my currency exchanged. The breakfast was good as well. What I didn’t like and they should perhaps put this on their website is there is no air conditioning in the entire facility! Yes, I was given a fan but being from America, we’re used to A/C. I sweat easily. So opening a window did me no justice.

Reception and Restaurant were nice and staff were friendly. That misled me to think room would be fine. Bathroom tiny, poo splashes on wall, not clean in shower or sink. Slippy floor. Bedroom small and very hot and humid, no aircon and poky little window with poor quality blind. 1 pillow and 2 single duvets on a double bed. Exposed wiring in one over bed light, other didn’t work. Carpet badly stained. Dark dingy hallway on 1st floor. Noisy right next to road with motor cycles racing up and down at night. Came in last night to a an aggressive argument looking like fight about to break out in the restaurant and lots of shouting. Poor quality, poor example of 3 star facility. Don’t waste your money - go somewhere else.

Das Hotel war 5 km ausserhalb.Das erfuhren wir erst, nach der Buchung,als es nicht mehr zu stornieren ging.Da fühlten wir uns schon reingelegt. Am Waschbecken war ein unglaubliches grünes Gewächs( Algen, Moos)Sowas hab ich noch nie gesehn.Alles schimmelig und verkalkt.Die Betten hingen fast bis zum Boden durch, Sprungfedern drückten in den Rücken.Das alles hätte ich für den Preis in Kauf genommen ohne zu meckern.Nur die Entfernung zur Innenstadt fand ich sehr ärgerlich.
