The property has a really good location apartment was fine no washing machine as advertised. Doesn't bother us but some people may moan. We used as base. Everything was good. My only niggle as you enter the property through the main door there is a really weird smell and it's carried on until we got to the room then went away couldn't quite say what it was....would I return yes.

Highly satisfied

My choice proved to be very good. It is a walking distance to the center and the Old Town and the room was quite good. The lady who introduced us the room was also very helpful.

Building was hard to find. The lady we met at the apartment spoke now English and wasn’t helpful. We didn’t get any room service and felt uncomfortable. Room was average for 3 people. Wouldn’t visit again

An absolute scam! The property is nothing at all as the pictures listed. It was a tiny, un functional apartment in a very depressing building, without elevator, with zero amenities and much further from downtown as listed.

In a construction area so super noisy. The cleaner left the stair soaking wet so one the group fell down the stairs on the back. Let the host know and they didn’t respond.

Stikkontakten inntil senga sto det flammer ut av, det var MASSE møkk under sengene. Kjøkkenutstyret var det veldig lite av, og det som var var veldig smått, noe som gjorde det vanskelig å lage mat til tre personer. Fellesarealene var nedslitte og møkkete, og det var veldig lytt. Folk banket i veggene når vi pratet med normal «innestemme». Dusjen måte man holde for å få dusja, da dusjfestet var ødelagt. Ha med eget dopapir, det var ekstremt lite der. Eneste positive var en veldig deilig seng.

The property is a big 2 bedroom apartment, it was clean and fresh. Downside - it is on the 3rd floor, no lift. It is a 0.8 mile walk to the town centre, but on the upside it is only 0.8 miles from the station, no need for a cab. The train goes straight from the airport to Kraków town centre, 20 mins on train and only £2 😀

The heater radiator was making a lot of noise in the morning and midnight(sounded like someone was drilling the wall). There was no mirror inside the apartment so you had to do your makeup in the shared toilet.

we didnt spend much time in the apartment as we were out sight seeing but when we were there the apartment smelt of sewage and the next door neighbours liked to party from midnight until 4-5 in the morning. Tired is not the word!. however the apartment was clean.

Great value property just a few minutes walk from station and Old Town. Excellent location and lovely wee flat. Couple of floor tiles missing from outside our flat and noisy neighbours but would definitely use again.

A nice apartment that was a little rough around the edges, there were a few areas where the apartment was let down, having a washing machine in the bathroom was a little strange? The fact that the apartment had a shared bathroom was not clearly stated in the description, this was only stated in the floor plan picture one of 90 photographs. one hairdryer and iron to be shared between the three rooms wasn’t much help

Unacceptable and unlivable

I have never left a hotel early before, but I could not stay in this room. Location was seedy and there were no elevators, so my 71 year old mother and I had to carry our suitcases up the flights of steep stairs. The room was tiny and dirty - there were bugs in the window sill, hair on the pillows and dust in every corner. The "beds" were box springs with a folded duvet instead of a mattress. I couldn't even sit comfortably, let alone sleep. The "sanitized" toilet had used toilet paper in it. The "city views" were a literally pile of rubble with one skyscraper vaguely visible in the distance. No staff to meet us or talk to, so we left and checked in to the nearby Hilton, which was a brilliant decision.
