We were kept up to date with the owners prior to our visit and on check-in which was reassuring and helpful. Lovely apartment - just like the photos! One minute walk away from the main square and the restaurants. We will definitely book again.

Area and property were good. We rented this apartment as it said it could sleep 5. Pictures were a bit misleading to make property seem larger. Ended up having to rent a second hotel to comfortably accommodate everyone. Staff was very responsive.

What a beautiful apartment and very comfortable beds. There were three of us and we felt that the place was very spacious. There was a very functional kitchen that was well equipped. It was located near the town square so there were SO many coffee shops and restaurants nearby. I felt like the location was excellent for exploring the city. There was a binder in the apartment with restaurant suggestions and the host was so kind to let us enter early since our train arrival was earlier. We had a lovely stay and I would give a very strong recommendation

Beautiful apartment in such a great location. We walked to most of our destinations. For further destinations tram was only a minute away. The hotel also arranged for our pick up and drop off to the airport.

Very small apartment. Floor is squeaking when you walk. Very small bathroom, especially the bathroom sink, probably full size bed for two people. Mattress is very uncomfortable. No elevator. Very nice location. 3 minutes walk to old town square.

Great apartment in a great location, close to everything in Krakow. Bartosz was beyond helpful and kind. I recommend staying here for a pleasant stay in the citys Old Town. be aware that there are no stairs and the apartment is on a 2nd floor.

Very secure location - right next to the US Embassy, therefore secure. Fantastic amenities available. The property itself is great too. Well equipped - washing machine, dishwasher, even cork screw, washing up liquid and sponge, umbrellas and a shoe horn - everything you would need on a holiday buy don't necessarily want to pack or buy! Easy check in, great instructions and a lovely host. Air con was a massive benefit in the middle of the Summer too!

The apartment is close to the attractions in old town. Our host waited for us outside of the location when we arrived and answered questions we had. There was an elevator so bringing larger luggages is not a problem. The apartment was larger than expected and is clean. Clothes washer was a plus (they also provided laundry detergent). I would definitely come back to mint apartments.

Loved the property, looks just like the photos in great condition and well maintained. Great area in the old town and quiet - road is only allowed to be used by a few vehicles. Couple of areas for improvement. I prefer two pillows, only one on the beds. Overall would recommend.

It’s exactly like the pictures - very clean, stylish and spacious.They allowed us to check in early which was great. We also locked ourselves out one day but they got us back in within minutes via a remote service. Excellent customer service skills! The area was perfect for us and felt very safe - we used the bars and restaurants literally on our doorstep. I would definitely recommend and would love to stay here again. Thank you for a beautiful stay in a beautiful city.

This property is above any expectations. The cleanliness is absolutely perfect. Apartament looks like designed by a proffesional designer ,using high quality products, make it feel in each inches real luxury. Hosts provided best quality service. I will recommend to anyone . Great Location. 2min to Main Square. Apartment was clean and you have everything you need. Unfortunately we did not know that there is no elevator. The staircase is very stereo and can be dangerous. Especially when you travel with little children and you have to carry a buggy up and down the stairs.

We stayed ( 4 adults ) at the Mint apartment on Stolarska Street for 7 days in September . The location is great , close to public transportation , taxis , shopping and excellent restaurants. Apartment is located right in the center of Old Town , so we could explore historical sites and take a boat ride on the Wisla. The apartment was secured and stocked with necessary supplies. We had the option to order breakfast .It was ok but as I said, lots of other option around. In fact , our favorite coffee place was right next door with yummy cakes , coffee and Ukrainian hospitality ! Communication with the host was easy and our questions were addressed in timely manner . One thing keep in mind , its not a QUIET location. City never sleeps :) We would recommend Mint Apartment and hoping to come back to beautiful Krakow soon .

Location, location, location!

Excellent location. 3rd floor in a retrofitted building. Bartosz is very helpful and corteous and made sure to make us feel like home. The kitchen is appropriate and so is the bathroom. Now, the areas of improvement: it only has room for two people to sleep. The stairs to the bedroom are deadly narrow and slippery, and the bedroom itself is super hot in the summer. The upstairs A/C can’t keep up and is awfully noisy. The sofa bed downstairs takes a visit to the chiropractor every time you use it. On a better note, Laundry is easy to do and the bedroom is the perfect eco-dryer. Internet is good and stable and the area is very safe, next to the German and USA consulates.

So the situation with communications with the owner is ridiculous. She wouldn’t give us the codes until we were standing at the property— which we walked around and around trying to figure out where to go. It’s on top of some different businesses. You need 2 separate code for 2 separate lock boxes— very confusing and not clear directions. She then didn’t answer me when I was reaching out in the app, so I had to call her. The apartment, itself, is lovely , just like the pictures. But it is in a VERY loud area. It’s not in the main square, but it’s right on the tram line — so ALL night long you are hearing the trams. No sleep for me. Of course it was hot while we were there, so had to have the windows open. Maybe if you didn’t open them it wouldn’t be so loud. Nice amenities she offered, coffee, etc.
