Great value for money

Nice clean place, walking distance everywhere. Overall good value for money. Could do with extra pillows as they were very small and thin. No parking only off street -impossible to find a spot! We end up parking at near 5* hotel for 160zl per night. Breakfast was inlcuded and delivered to door - again very good!

The room was much smaller than the photos showed on the website, this is my biggest complain. It's a small room with a small american kitchen, a small table and two chairs. Then, a ladder to the mattress on the floor of the mezzanine. But it was clean, very quiet and with a very good room temperature. The bathroom is also small, but the shower had excellent water power. Breakfast included in the price was a plastic tray delivered to the room door with fruits, yoghurt with granola, a roll and a small butter, no jam, no cheese. There's coffee and tea in the room, but no cream. And the last day, although it was scheduled to be delivered at 8am, we had to leave at 8:25 to catch a tour and it hasn't arrived. We left without breakfast we paid for. I would recommend you have breakfast elsewhere. But if you just want a place walking distance from the castle, the jewish quarter and the old center, a place to sleep well and take a good shower, it's perfect.

When we got there the woman who checked us in was lovely and we had no issues checking in. The room however was not quite what we was expecting. It was very run down and not as clean as we would expect. There was multiple hairs on the bed and only a single quilt for a double bed. The walls up and down stairs were all marked and it just seemed very unkempt. Not how we expected it to be.

I paid for a twin bed, got a single one. I also chose this place specifically for breakfast but didn't get any and I couldn't find any instructions on how to actually get the breakfast in the morning so I had to go eat somewhere else. The only written info is a wifi password on the door which did not even work. Front desk works from 11 am which is already the time of check out. At least the room was clean.

Kundbemötande är nyckelordet, använd den

Man förväntar sig ren rum , med ren och hela sängkläder och man borde skriva att det finns inte ac nör man ska hyra rummet på sommaren med temperaturer på +35 grader. Det räknas som bra kundbemötande.

Bra läge men dålig standard

Boendet var någorlunda rent men mycket var trasigt som glödlampor på toaletten samt att ventilationen väsnades väldigt mycket. Ljudet från spårvagnarna höll en också vaken på nätterna.

Perfekt läge

Rent och fräscht rum. Perfekt läge, nära gamla stan och de judiska kvarteren. Frukosten levererades utanför dörren varje morgon. Enda minuset var att duschen läckte så att det blev blött på golvet.

Świetny apartament w rewelacyjnej lokalizacji

Czysty i przestronny apartament. Bardzo blisko centrum, Wisły, Wawelu i wielu innych, wartych zobaczenia miejsc. Polecam każdemu odwiedzającemu Kraków. Z pewnością jeszcze tam wrócimy.
