It is a modern hotel just 20 min by tram in a nice suburb with a huge park behind. Room though small was very practical and very clean. Breakfast superb with lots of choices and great quality. Small suggestion is provide an extra pillow.

I liked this hotel (stayed 3 nights) so I extended my stay for 1 more night. I strongly recommend it to all visiting Krakow by car and I suggest you to ask the room on the quiet side because of the noise coming from the car traffic and trams on the street side.

This hotel is amazing value for money because it is a brand new property with highly comfortable rooms (definitely take the ones on the quiet side), excellent breakfast (at the 4-star level), very pleasant lobby bar, good parking, and vicinity of the tram station. The hotel employees lack the smiles on their faces and they don't greet you with the exception of Karolina, who is one of the best receptionists I have ever met.

I would like to rate this hotel higher than average (***), which I did. However, there was a strange issue which I have never experienced before. The power in my room was turning off every ~10 minutes. To get it back, I had to open and close the door to the hall and then to wave my arms vigorously in front of the motion sensor. As you may imagine, it was difficult to watch TV under such conditions, and my laptop and cell phone were not charging properly. I did complain, but this has not improved during my 5 days stay.

Picked the wrong hotel with the same name.

The hotel was fine , I ask someone else to book it for me because I was told it was close to the main square, but little did I know that their is 2 hotels with the same name in krakow, only difference was this hotel is called krakow south and about 5 kilometres from centre, I only realised when I noticed the taxi taking so long to get to it, when I got to the hotel and told them that a mistake had been made they rightly told me it was my mistake, I had already paid €245 at time of booking, so I went to my room had a cup of coffee went back down and checked out got a taxi to another hotel that was half the price and 5 minutes walk away from centre, I took the hit , it was a expensive cup of coffee, but had a great time in krakow, lovely hotel but it was a far out as a lighthouse,

People in my room already!!!

I got my key and opened the room to find it already occupied by a man and woman. I couldn’t believe it, my colleague more or less had the same. I complained at reception and may as well have been met by a robot who offered us free breakfast. Unbelievable, then as a silver member with hotels.com I tried to talk to someone to get a refund and leave as the lady at reception point blank refused. Between the hotel and hotels.com there was not much difference. Rubbish service. They would have both had AI if they could the penny pinchers. No manager on site which I am sure breaches health and safety. No clue or idea these kids had at reception. Clueless and lost when it came to an issue…we are doomed.

İdare eder ama tercih edilmez.

Otel resepsiyonu güler yüzlü değildi. Otel kartı ile odaya girilmiyordu, 4 gece kaldık, 3 gece kart ile açamadığımız için yardım çağırdık. Klima çalışmıyordu. Odada duş terliği gibi şeyler yoktu. Sabun ve duş jeli açıktı, bu kişisel olmadığını hissettiriyordu. Lokasyonu iyi, tramvaya ulaşım kolaydı.

Die 1ste Dame an der Rezeption war unfreundlich da wir um 14 Uhr ein checken wollten (wir hatten eine 12 std Fahrt hinter uns ) . Jedoch waren die Zimmer erst ab 15 Uhr frei . Dies erfuhren wir erst vor Ort von der unhöflichen Dame . Nun kamen wir 1 std später an empfing uns eine andere sehr nette Dame die uns dann zeigt wo unser Zimmer ist . Wir hatte trotzdessen eine sehr tolle Unterkunft und war zufrieden
