"Would absolutely love to stay here again! My family of 8 slept comfortably in the space. While the AC is strong in the living room area, the one area of improvement is to have a stronger AC unit inside the bedroom as it tends to get warm in 35 degree weather. Receptionist provided us a fan in the room but we still needed to crack the door open to allow AC airflow. Not great when we have snorers in the room. Otherwise everything else is amazing!"
"The address and map given by Expedia led us to the wrong location at first but we eventually found it via a Google search. The property was clean, well-appointed, and easily accommodated our group. It was in a great location close to shopping, restaurants, and the Sinso-ji Temple. Would definitely recommend to others and would stay here again."
"Nice staff, great location. The room was small for 4 and one open layout bathroom. It was not a great set up for 2 adults and 2 teens. I would get 2 rooms next time. Nice decor. "
"Great service and communication. Was very accommodating even after, through fault of their own, they was a system mishap with Expedia, where a booking change was made and not registered in their system. However staff and FL Hotel made it so we didn't have to do any work on our part. "
"A very pleasant stay in Asakusa, we liked the hotel and location a lot.
The only drawback was that we would have liked to have a bath or shower plus change of clothes in the onsen, the afternoon after our 11 am check out - before heading back home via a 14hr flight, Tokyo was boiling 34 degrees. We offered to pay extra/buy a ticket for the bath. Perhaps worth re-considering for long-distance guests in the future? We solved this by visiting a public bath in the area, but still. "
