Clean and safe guest house in the crazy cheung king mansion. Can be a long wait for the elevator. Excellent location for walking and visiting the area. The owners were very kind and helpful. Good value for the price.

Among all the guesthouses in Ching King Mansion Tom's is by far the best in all aspects. 2nd time stsying and will return

The entrance to the building is a market where you'll experience long lines to the elevator. The elevator has capacity of about 5 people and the wait is long. There's no walking space in the room. Roaches were roaming around and overall cleanliness of the building is very poor.

Room was so small, that couldn't put my languages In,the elevators so small, so many people line-up to Go upstairs, that was nightmare I shouldn't piad For those two nights, I want to file complaint Could you help ?

Die Zimmer sind sehr klein aber man findet alles was man braucht. Personal ist sehr hilfreich und vorkommend. Die Unterkunft ist in absoluter Top Lage. Zentraler geht es kaum. Kleiner negativ Punkt ist der das man etwas länger auf Aufzug wartet(aber dort sind überall so viele Menschen,das gehört zum Alltag). Und die Dealer vor dem Eingang die jeden Tag nach gefälschten Uhren und Drogen fragen. Aber einfach ignorieren und alles ist gut.

Hotel well situated in Chung King Mansions with lots of cheap restaurants downstairs. Hotel very clean with tv, microwave, attached shower. Only problem is that room is small, but it is Hong Kong and the price is smaller also, to match the small room. Hard to beat if you're on a budget!

@Toms Guest House

The room was small but was clean and comfortable. They clean the room and change the towels everyday. I appreciate the free coffee and hot water. But it would have been a lot better if there is a free drinking water for the clients too. The only negative experience we had was upon arrival, our flight was delayed and we estimated our arrival time at the hotel at around 1230AM to 1AM. We called the hotel to inform them of this. We were told that if we will be arriving by 1230 it will be fine but if we will be arriving at 1AM then we will be charged a certain amount (of which we have already forgotten at this point). We were booked from July4-8, we were estimating to arrive between 12MN-1AM on July5th. I asked the receptionist why we will be charged since we technically have paid from July4 and we will be checking in at July5. And on the confirmation letter it just says to contact the hotel if arrival is after midnight, which we did. He just said it’s for a charge. We arrived by 1230 in the hotel so we were not charged anything.

Bad Customer Service

Our flight back home is 11:00am. We left the guest house at around 7:00am. There is no one seated in the reception so I decided to leave the keycard (your access in to enter your room and the other automated doors) on the reception table. We never knew that we forgot some things inside our room. So we went back and call the telephone number of the guesthouse but they dropped our call. I rang the bell and someone answered and I told him our concern but he shouted. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. At the end, my wife and I decided to leave the place for us not to missed our flight.

他の方が口コミで書かれているとおりでした。 部屋は狭いけれど、清潔、お湯も出ます。スタッフの方も親切です。 ドライヤー、ハンガー、コンセント、タオル、石鹸、シャンプー、ボディーソープ、サンダル 等、必要最低限のグッズも揃っていて、共用キッチン（冷蔵庫、流し、コップ、コーヒー、紅茶）もあり、困ることはありませんでした。なお、貴重品Boxはありません。 重慶大厦は治安がとても悪いと思っていましたが、怖い思いをすることもなく、一階には両替所や小売店もあって、大変便利でした。 立地は言わずもがな、ビクトリアピーク、香港島、澳門、深圳、どこへ行くにもアクセス良し。 空港からバスで重慶大厦へ行く場合は、A21に乗車してください。
