"We arrived Friday May 22nd at 4pm, we were in town for a graduation that started at 730. Upon arriving we had plans of checking in and getting ready then heading to the graduation. We were told they didn’t have the room we had already paid for but it would be ready in 4ish hours, because the people staying in the room haven’t left yet. We said fine can we use the restrooms to change and we would be back after the graduation for the room. They assured us. We packed our luggage back into our vechile and changed in the restroom. As we are about to leave they inform us they do indeed have a room but they couldn’t provide us with a room key, why? Because something was wrong with the door so someone would have to escort us up to the second floor EVERYTIME we needed to be let us in. Unload EVERYTHING again and walk back in and have to wait for them to let use in the room we paid for. As soon as we walked in the room the musty smell hit us. At this point we were exhausted, unpacked finished getting ready and proceeded to leave for the graduation. My husband spoke with the front desk and mentioned the smell and they said it would be taken care of by the time we got back. Also the last person that stayed in the room stayed for a week and just propped the door open all week and nothing wasn’t happening. Long story short the room still smelled and we had to wait everytime to be let in our room. Oh and the elevator was VERY bumpy. Get it together."

"I did not get the reservation as stated which was 2 queen beds. Instead I got a king size with a pull out couch. No linens were provided for the couch and apparently you can only get 1 more towel when asked. Cleaning ladies do not speak English and the hot tub does not work. Pool needs a good cleaning as well. We needed to spend an extra night and went to pay and we had to move our belongings to the room next door before 11am. Walls in the bathroom were dirty,sink leaked underneath,stained blood on the shower curtain and the outlet in the bathroom does not work for blow dryer. The place was quiet and know ik why."

"We found 2 roaches in our room. 1 alive and 1 dead. Our toilet stopped working in the middle of the night and we had to move rooms. Not the property’s fault but someone kept slamming a door at 2 in the morning over and over. Was not restful at all. "
