"The check in was fast. There was a bit of a problem with a light in my bathroom in 405 when I arrived, the light did not work properly. When I reported, I got a new room, 406 - this was a suite, very nice room. I did appreciate the upgrade! We then got a welcome drink and also coffee and hot chocolate ..."
