"I was initially given Rm 312 which I have stayed in before which is over the nightclub and very noisy. I asked to be moved to a quiet room. Being handicap accessible was not necessary, but the hotel was able to move us on a very busy weekend which was hugely appreciated. The new room in the 5th floor was great. It is a small and very busy hotel and everyone there is very nice. I especially like the all day brunch in the restaurant. Highly recommend! "

"Very nice stay. Only negative was when checking in our room wasn't ready and we were told we would get a text when it was. We checked our bags at the desk and left to see the city and never got any notice our room was ready. When we got back to hotel around midnight after a concert we had to finish checking in. Turns out the person hadn't checked us in but only held a room for us. If the room had been ready earlier we would have stopped back in to finish check in as opposed to doing it late at...
"Parking was a bit confusing, but was able to figure out meter parking on the street. Great walkability to restaurants, lounges, and theatre in the area. Did not interact with any staff as we arrived after "front desk hours.""
"It was very easy to get in and the interior was clean and beautiful. However, I had trouble sleeping in my bed (very little to no airflow in the bedroom) and would suggest bringing a bedside fan if you stay here in the summer. Otherwise our stay turned out great!"
"Beautiful hotel in great walkable area. There were major renovations going on while we were there so our actual floor was a bit messy/busy, although the common areas remained lovely. Would stay again for the good location. All staff very nice. "
