"Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. Spa services are excellent, I highly recommend you book a massage during your stay. The outdoor pool with the view of the Julien alps was the incredible. Also within a short walk to town or to various outdoor activities. Highly recommend."

"Staff very friendly and when I told them how dissatisfied I was that we had to book the pool and pay 15 euro a person, they gave it to me for free and a late check out breakfast was included also. "Upon arrival the staff was extremely helpful and very polite. We had our dog with us and they suggested places to go with him that he would enjoy. They were spot on. The room was very clean and perfect for the 4 of us. The only suggestion is that the front entry is not great for rolling heavy suitcases ..."

"The hotel is trying to impress but it feels forced. The Atmosphere is dry with odd sounding music. The rooms are dark. No fridge or other amenity. No one smiling. Service slow. Food not quite hitting the mark. It just didn’t feel friendly. Disappointing."
