I did enjoy my stay, but there were a few things that did not make my stay better. The room was marked as “accessible” but how can an accessible space have a door that heavy? Also i understand that there are standards that have to be met for the accessible rooms, but again, the features were not handicapped friendly. The bed was standard height, which made it difficult to get in. The shower was technically a “roll in shower” but it was still small and if you sat on the bench the water would spray you right in the face. I did enjoy the room service and the little “store” that was available. I’d rate my stay 3/5.

I have stayed at this location multiple times and this is the best Embassy Suites I’ve ever stayed, they have all been great but this is the best, I love it, I have literally lived here for the last month or so while I am between houses. The manager, Karen, is wonderful to work with and just chat with. Michael, over housekeeping, is also great as well as the front desk staff, the morning breakfast crew, nightly dinner and lounge/dinner staff all the way down to housekeeping.

Nice place and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Room with 2 queen beds was very large and spacious and very clean. Complimentary coffee and tea in lobby area was a great treat. Did not have a chance to go to the breakfast but I heard from others that it was great. We also utilized the washer and dryer on the first floor which came in handy. Detergent was given to us for free by staff. Would definitely recommend this place and revisit when we get a chance.

room was spacious and seemed renovated. There were a few spaces that still need renovation. Carpeting, the cabinet doors were both loose. The beds were very comfortable. The manager's hour offered drinks and very light snacks - cheese and crackers, fruit, vegetable tray. Breakfast was extensive and the omelet was cooked to perfection. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a phenomenal stay at Embassy Suites! The staff was all so friendly and we enjoyed their outdoor patio where we could sit by a fire and enjoy a cocktail. Probably the best part of our stay was a very sweet man named Mort, who greeted us every morning at breakfast and cleared our dishes while making conversation and wishing us blessings!
