Our room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was a wonderful experience and the breakfast attendant was very helpful and cheerful. Overall I highly recommend a stay here. Next time in Chattanooga we will stay again.

Friendly staff who was professional and accommodating. Room was clean, and they left me alone unless I asked for something specific....as I initially stated this was what I wanted. I was there for 2 weeks with my job. My only complaints are that the TV was not a smart TV, so I had to buy a cable to connect to my phone...and the shower water pressure was rather low.

The bed and room itself were clean, and while the bathroom appeared to have been cleaned, it looked dirty and the floor was tacky feeling. The shower was dingy. Other than that, the room was nice for the pricing.

Our room was reasonably clean, the bed was very comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very light offering juice, coffee, tea, dry cereals, small muffins, packaged crackers and packaged granola bars.

Easy connection to the interstate. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Lights by the bed didn't work in the first room - the room they moved me to had a tv with a fuzzy picture and a toilet seat not secure. Everything else was fine.

That was very courteous. The parking was good. Beds were very comfortable. Air conditioning worked great. The bathroom was completely nasty with mold, rusty broken shower part and the toilet was not clean at all. My four year old even found a bar of soap still in the wrapper behind the toilet seat lid along with pee and pubic hairs. Bathroom floor had not been swept or mopped. There was dirt build up on some of the outlet fixtures. When we turn the microwave on it started to smoke. Breakfast was bare minimum with cereal,small chocolate chip muffins, granola bars, and cheese crackers. I have stayed at many many places and will never go back to this one.

First room had water all over floor. They moved us to another room. That room had some type of bugs on the wall. Bathroom floor had black stuff on it. Mattress cover was stained as if it was never washed. If it wouldn’t have been almost midnight and one of our travelers very sick when we arrived, we would have left the property and went somewhere else. It was right by the interstate and very noisy. If you’re a light sleeper you need to take it into consideration Best I can say about this place is the staff was very helpful
