"From the day we arrived to when we left we'd had the most wonderful stay at The Copthorne Tara Hotel, at the guest relations desk a lovely lady called Jamila took care of our check in and questions , i wear a lanyard showing that i have disabilities and Jamila was so kind , helpful and friendly on more than one occasion , she is really a credit to the hotel. The room was very nice comfy and clean. We had breakfast for 3 mornings which was very good and catered for everyone . " ALL " of the hotel staff were amazing and so helpful and friendly and the added bonus was the hotel was only just over a 20 min walk to The Royal Albert Hall. We also ate in the Bugis Kitchen the food was excellent , plentyful and a good price. I would highly recommend this hotel and can't wait to stay again."

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities for a relaxing stay. The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help with any requests. Breakfast was tasty and offered a good selection of dishes. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and welcoming, which made my stay even more enjoyable.
