"All was lovely. The staff were pleasant. Typical Javanese Breakfast of rice, noodles, tempeh and coffee was good. The room was nice and location was on a quite Street just off of Ijen with several local restaurants nearby. We were hoping to extend our stay for a week but the WiFi was nonexistent and we could not get cell service in the room. WiFi worked okay in the lobby just outside but because of this we found another hotel just around the corner."

"All my reviews are by the Rules & Regulations of Expedia.
First the good....few employees are 5 STAR:
1) Miss Mayan from the Reception is nice, polite, helpful, speaks good English.
2) Miss Rara from the Reception is nice and polite.
3) Mr. Harry for the Cafe/Restaurant is nice, polite.
Now, the not so good...lots of NOISE.
I FELT UNSAFE.
NO INTERNET for few HOURS.
NO ELECTRICITY for few HOURS.
I will NOT GO TO this HOTEL."

"A maior vantagem do hotel é estar num bom local: próximo à estação e à prefeitura. É silencioso, pois está afastado da rua. Não tem elevador. Se precisar carregar as malas para um andar superior, sofrerá um pouco, pois a escada é estreita. No quarto, sem cofre, sem secador de cabelo, falta iluminação, chaleira elétrica para café e chá, TV sem canais internacionais, wi-fi fraco e lento. A cama é boa, mas estreita. Há frigobar. "Kamer was sober maar schoon. Faciliteiten erg slecht. Er was geen personeel wat engels sprak. Wij hadden iedere keer bij de receptie een bewaker zitten die helemaal niet verstond. Ander personeel niet gezien. Ontbijt was slecht en hadden geen keuze gekregen de avond ervoor dus kregen volgende ochtend zomaar wat.
