In the reception they claimed that we had booked a room in the cottage. But no cottages were shown at booking by pictures or in writing, nor in our confirmation. "The property refused to acknowledge our booking.They weren't prepared to accept our confirmation email that we had booked and paid for our room and breakfast. They actually locked us out whilst we were contacting our booking agent for help. "

"All hotels are the same and then there is Hotel Aegidienhof in the beautiful town of Hannoversch Münden. This is not a luxury hotel - this is an experience. Friendly and welcoming staff, a big and comfortable room, and a cozy breakfast in the church. Would definitely come back if I had the chance. "
