"Another restful stay at this lovely hotel. It’s always spotlessly clean and well maintained. The rooms are modern and well appointed. The bar /restaurant is excellent. We normally stay weekdays and it’s pretty quiet but it’s a near perfect wedding/party venue so I would imagine it’s pretty busy and maybe not so restful at the weekends. It’s situated near but not in the Peak District in lovely surroundings. Hopefully we’ll be back again sometime."
"Great for Peak District, lively pub with atmospheare...well prepared food at reasonanle prices and nice and quiet after 11 or so.... full breakfast with options. Really enjoyed a one nighr stop and would return whrn next out hiking!"
"We had a really lovely night here. We came up to stay for a sports competition. The staff were really friendly and welcoming, and made a special effort for us to have an early breakfast. The rooms were fine and clean. The rooms are basic but it's a good price for it. Beds were comfy.
We ate in the restaurant, and the food and service was fabulous!
Would happily stay again if I was in the area."
"One night stay was good for what we needed just very dusty , cobwebs everywhere , dust in the air vent in the bathroom , cracks and screws hanging out.
Would stay again as the room is adequate just needs abit of a clean. "
"The Days Inn was clean and tidy. Rooms well appointed and the staff amazingly friendly. I loved being able to wander into the Service Station and just have what I wanted for breakfast rather than having to pay £11 or £12 for a breakfast when I only have a very small appetite.

"We received a very warm welcome with refreshments in the garden with our hosts. This house has history which becomes apparent when inspecting the quaint interior. Our room was small but comfortable with features matching the age of the property. Breakfast taken in the vine room were excellent with various choices. The pleasant guest lounge was comfortably furnished. Our hosts, Hillary and Graham, were warm and friendly. We would certainly use this B&B if staying in the area again."
"Take yourself back in time to an era we all want to recreate away from this troubling world. I was hoping for a spitfire to zoom overhead at anytime. A beautiful location within the Chatsworth estate in old style properties with plenty of character. Just a few steps away is a lovely local pub The Beeley Inn serving delicious food (the ox cheek is to die for,) agreeably it’s not cheap but you get what you pay for. Ideal for a special treat."
"Excellent all round. I arrived too early to check in but was able to leave my luggage. When I got there (much later) to check in, my bag had been put in my room for me, which was really appreciated. Staff were all charming, helpful and friendly."
"The owners Shaan and Sef are lovely and very welcoming and friendly. They are really happy to let you know of restaurants nearby. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Our room was beautiful. The cooked breakfast was delicious."
