"Ideal location. Well thought out room with toaster and kettle; ideal to make a bite to eat. Breakfast was disappointing; not worth the money. Because it was in between the winter and summer season there was no hot buffet. We were made an omelette but in hindsight would have booked without breakfast. Staff and room were great though and would return again"

"This property offers a tremendous value at low-season rates. It’s positioned on a peninsula jutting out into the lake so the views are unmatched. The half-board program provides dinner and a very substantial afternoon food offering for a minor upcharge and is well worth it. Breakfast is also a large and varied spread. While it’s an older building, I found the essentials functional, and the room was relatively spacious. Service was friendly and unfussy; housekeeping was kind enough to leave an apple most days. One minor issue is it’s not the quietest: it’s located next to the railroad tracks so passing trains are audible, and one morning I awoke to gardening equipment that should probably have been run later in the day."

"The property is almost 50 years old and wasn't renovated since then. Some doors don't keep closed, other doors squeak with every move and everything looks in general disrepair. We stayed in the family apartment that is actually above the owner's and we listened to snoring every night. The shower hose was damaged when we arrived and it burst open towards the end of our visit, making everything in the bathroom wet and the shower unusable. Dogs and a cat of the owner regularly visit the kitchen and my daughter found dog hair in her breakfast. The breakfast consisted mostly of the cheapest Spar brand stuff but it was very expensive - €17 per person. Despite the price, it was the same every day and except for the first day, we were not asked what we wanted or if we need anything during the breakfast. The property is also accessible only through Goldegg - despite what GPS says, it's not possible to drive the short road from Lend to Boden, so expect 15-20 minutes drive every morning just to get to the main road."

"A charming place, perfect for us. Host was lovely, informative and accommodating. Place was spotlessly clean. Beds were soft and comfy, with no noise from outside. Continental breakfast was good, not for Americans😀. Parking outside and a short walk to the town centre. Rauris is not a lively place, not early December anyway, but we enjoyed our stay, thanks."
