Everything was amazing! The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, making sure all our needs were met. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and featured balconies with beautiful mountain views. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the coffee was excellent. The location couldn't have been better—just a two-minute walk to the lake and downtown. What more could you ask for?

Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, man findet alles, sogar Spülmittel und Tabs für die Spülmaschine waren vorhanden. Bisl laut aber nur, weil das Hotel direkt an der Straße ist, sonst ist die Lage perfekt! Schade, dass Pool und saune nur bis 20 Uhr offen haben. Oft ist man den ganzen Tag unterwegs und schafft nicht in die saune zu gehen oder einfach zu entspannen. Ansonsten alles super!

Top Preis Leistungsverhältnis - Wellnessbereich hat noch Luft nach oben. Sehr rutschiger Boden, Ruhebereich hat man mehr im Zimmer, als in einem der wellnessbereiche. Textilsaunen, die aber auch aufgrund der Kinder flexibler zu gestalten ist. Personal gibt es nur morgens, ab 20 Uhr (Öffnungszeiten) gehen die Lichter/technick automatisch aus. Leider liegen die benutzen Handtücher der Gäste überall rum, daher blockierten das auch die Ruhezonen Lg

Ideal location. Well thought out room with toaster and kettle; ideal to make a bite to eat. Breakfast was disappointing; not worth the money. Because it was in between the winter and summer season there was no hot buffet. We were made an omelette but in hindsight would have booked without breakfast. We had a wonderful stay here for 6 days. The breakfast buffet is fantastic. Honesty bar and free coffee machines in the lounge area. Room was immaculately clean, modern and had everything we needed. Location was quiet and an 8 mins walk to cityxpress lift. Friendly staff. Small pool and lovely sauna. Great value for money.

+ Fantastic hotel with great rooms, views and facilities Breakfast was great Sauna looked amazing Close to everything, nightlife and skislopes - Would love to have a bar or restaurant at the hotel to hang out at night. Hotel was listed with a restaurant but it was not open at our stay. Spa should have separate opening hours for families vs adults - too many kids in the pool and too much noise so we ended up not using it Suite was amazing but the glass door to two of the three bathrooms was unnecessary. I dont need to look at my friends go to the bathroms. Room should also have a full length mirror installed. Breakfast should get better fresh juice selection

Lækkert hotel m. god morgenmad og beliggenhed. Vær obs på at der ikke er aircondition eller luftblæser, så det blev ALT for varmt til at kunne sove. Vi kunne heller ikke åbne døren, da vi boede på stuen og så ville åbne ud til fællesområdet. Så vil anbefale at insistere på at værelse på 1 eller 2 sal.
