"Everything was excellent except one staff member who spoke to me with arrogance throughout my stay. He is at the front desk and his name is Ramses or something similar. When I first checked in he spoke to me with an arrogant tone and I was met with the same tone upon checkout. I didn't appreciate his attitude. Othe than that the hotel is what you would expect for that type of hotel. Other staff are friendly and helpful. "

"I have been to great hotels all around the world but this one stands out. First, it is beautifully decorated and designed. Second, the service is better than any I have seen in 10 countries. The bed and pillows are the most comfortable gift at the end of a tiring day of sight seeing. The bathroom is elegant and beautiful. Even the toilet has a water jet. The cleaning staff cleans twice a day and are so considerate.

"The staff were excellent and food in restaurant and room service were brilliant. The room is on a noisy street and the double glazed windows did not shut out all the noise . But it was tolerable would not deter us from going back to stay there again .
The toilets are in need of a bit of iupgrade e.g there was a contant lingering smell in the tiolet, the tiolet seat is not soft closing the toilet basin itslelf got blocked twice but was dealt with immediately.
So all in all a nicevpkace to stay...
"Excellent bang for your buck! The rooms were very clean. The breakfast was delicious. The café upstairs had a great selection of drinks and shisha. More importantly, the staff was extremely hospitable! Shot out to Mahmoud who regularly sat with my family and I in the lobby to have tea and give us great recommendations around Cairo. "El hotel esta en el piso #9, esta en el centro. Se miraba feo al principio la zona, pero llegar al hotel y esta muy comodo y bonito, lo recomiendo y sobretodo porque cuando viajas solo vas y duermes no buscas mas y el hotel cumple con ello"
