She managed eventually and I was given key to room 62A, on the ground floor which I would regard as sub standard compared to our friends room (140)."

"I don’t recommend this hotel at all. The building is run down and shabby. The changing rooms for the so called spa are dreadful. The male change is basically a walk in toilet with lockers. The rolls in the morning were stale and staff passive aggressive as we were a few mins early. We are really dissatisfied and disappointed here. The shower seals in our room were black with mould and disgusting. It has a steam room. No sauna. The gym only had cardio equipment, no weights at all. Overall it wasn’t a great place to be and not what it’s advertised to be "
