The room was very sparse and old fashion but clean and spacious. The location was good. This hotel is used for conferences and mostly caters to these events. The hotel is part of Queens University."

The staff were very accommodating at Tom's Place and Bistro Stefan in the morning (only open for breakfast during the week). There are no movies available on the tv in the room and our tv was at 82 in volume one morning, like it was possessed."
