"The hotel is in a good location in the centre of Kilkenny. It is rather an old hotel with long corridors, twists and turns but rather quaint. My room has been modernised with good shower room and toilet and a good sized smart TV. Staff were great"

"Breakfast was not the best experience. Lots of getting up and down to collect items and get tea/ coffee. It was the only 4 star hotel on our trip where hot drinks were not served at the table.
