All the staff were so helpful and polite .we stayed in a junior suite which was very comfortable and spacious with a super king bed. Breakfast was sumptuous and plentiful, we dined in for dinner which @ £45 per head for 3 courses was delicious and well worth it

Property clean but dated, tatty around the edges and a barmaid with no manners when we arrived and had our first drink at the bar .. she looked like she couldn't be bothered ! . I can see why it's a 3-star hotel. Good breakfast with polite breakfast staff.

Lovely hotel. Staff obviously care - reception, cleaners, bar tenders, team of waiting staff - all very friendly and efficient. Junior suite is just amazing. Lovely old bay window. Lovely views of garden and hills. Breakfast and evening meals were fantastic (and I’m very picky as a nutritionist). Very relaxing overall because it felt like everything was taken care of. We’ll be back.

Great break

Despite the wet weather, we still enjoyed our stay - 3rd time here. Food is excellent, reception staff are very friendly and the grounds are magnificent. Only a short walk from Keswick centre. Fitz park very well kept. Lovely stay
