"Yes, lovely clean and quiet room. The breakfast and available snacks were great. Our hostess was very friendly and could not do enough to help us with any questions that we might have had the area. We would definitely go back again."

"Karen is a brilliant hostess. She welcomes you into her beautiful historic, unbelievably cosy home, some of which dates back to the days of Tudor. The rooms are spotlessly clean and warm. The full English breakfast is substantial and very tasty. It is well posted, being only a 5 minute walk from the lakeside and a two minute walk from the bus stop to Keswick or Workington. I will definitely be going back."

"Nice sized room. Matt was such a friendly host. Made my wife and I a great breakfast. Very convenient location to the Keswick market. Only a 5 minute walk. 20 minute drive to Grasmere village. We would definitely stay here again. "

"This guest house is a gem! Our family enjoyed staying here on our way home from the Scottish Highlands. It was immaculate and the beds comfortable. The breakfast was brilliant! We hope to return."
