"Currently the closest Hotel location next to the Akashi-Kaikyo Bridge. Just a short Elevator/tram ride down to the park area. Note: If you get a room with the bridge view, those rooms will seriously heat up as they face west. Sure air-condition is available, but it will lose the cooling competition. Make sure the curtains are closed prior to going out (Japanese hotels switch off indoor power when you leave the room w/door keys)"

"Rooms were clean and a good size. The public bath was fantastic with indoor and outdoor hot spring, sauna, and cold plunge. Location very convenient to train station and Himeji Castle. There were some decent izakaya nearby. Morning yogurt and evening ice cream and ramen great touches. "

"The top floor view was excellent with both ocean and park view together. The hotel was very clean and staff was very polite and accommodating with our needs. We could walk around the most part of Yumebutai without getting wet when the weather was bad. Please be aware that the hotel store does not have any decent food option (i.e. quick bites like onigiri or sandwiches) and the other store, which offers fast foods in Yumebutai closes around 4 pm, so without having a car there, you have to plan your meal if you don't want to eat at the hotel restaurants (expensive for what they are) everyday. "

"I made the very bad mistake of booking a smoking room without realizing it. At check-in the hotel was almost fully booked, disaster. The check-in people found a simple room in exchange, they went out of their way to help. Big thanks!"
