"The rooms were cleaned. The location perfect- walking distance to Penn Station, Broadway, and mid town. The staff is very helpful. They will keep your bags before/after checking in/out Finally, the price was right!"

The hotel is undergoing some lobby renovations; the check-in lines are unacceptably long, the elevators are poorly calibrated, there are limited food amenities on site, and the restaurant/bar is understaffed. The location is great, but the room we stayed in had not been updated in some time; lamp shades had holes, walls had dents and scuffs, bathroom was dingy. I would not stay here again."

"breakfast was good and lots of choices. My room was not ready and downgraded to smaller room(no cost saving)to queen or would have to wait till 4 pm hour past check in time. "we are running behind"-so not a good start--then shower was clogged and overflowed, and it took a long time and multiple calls to fix. But it was fixed--just a very long day. Over all it is fine-tiny room but clean. Bar was not staffed fully--but I was at the bar so it was fine, others were not happy on the floor. ...
