Une laveuse et une sécheuse sur deux ne fonctionnait pas, en plus de me prendre de l’argent inutilement. Je suis allée voir la fille à la réception et elle m’a rajouté du temps à la seule sécheuse qui marchait. Par la suite nos deux cartes ne fonctionnaient plus pour ouvrir la porte de la chambre. "I didn't realize there was a hold on funds as well as the fee to stay so that set us up for a sad stay, probably my fault for just being fairly new to staying in hotels. The guy behind the counter wasn't very personable or reassuring either. "
