"Didn’t try the breakfast, room was clean but our shower curtain needed changed. We tried to do laundry the night before checking out but the staff didn’t have change for the machines and it defeated the purpose of being a convenience to run out to a gas station at night to get change to make sure we had clean laundry before heading home. Most places have card readers or change machines for laundry. Other than that, the hotel smelled nice and the staff was friendly. "

"We stay on The first floor, we when out and leave seafood on the kitchen sink and other stuff on top of the kitchen counter. When we got back the sink was flooded with brown water the smell like sewer. Everytime that the apartmentso top flush it was getting to the floor and everything stick. We spend all day waiting for the plumbing company that never show up. About 5:30 they tolg i will get a full refund and to look for another place to stay. This was unacceptable, we never got a full refund a d a $70 expidia credit for future travel. We lost more than that. I will never work with expidia ever again."

"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We booked an accessible room, but when we arrived it was hearing accessible and not mobility accessible. The front Desk quickly rectified the situation and moved us to an upgraded mobility accessible room. The room and common spaces werevery clean, but there was a lot of construction going on that we weren’t aware of prior to booking. The rooms under construction were right off the elevators so there was no avoiding them."
