If you miss the main entrance to the hotel reception can access from the side street by entering the car park where the ticket machine is and drive round to the car park located at the front."

"I hav unpleasant experience abt this hotel. Pros : decoration looks nice, clean, well equipped, front is helpful. Cons : I stayed at room 105 1. After check-in, electronics in the room was not working. I called house keeping, she said impolitely did I open any door. I said no, her voice sound frustrated and said I should check if door is open and wait 5 min till she comes down. I've waited 30 min but no one showed up so I asked front desk to help and wait for another 30 min before problem...

"Had a fantastic stay at Punthill Sunshine. The room was huge and spotless, with a very comfortable bed and a great shower. The kitchen was well-furnished, which was a nice bonus. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and I really appreciated the complimentary still and sparkling water. Highly recommend!"

"Didn't expect to much as budget accommodation. Car parking was good, mattress had a topper on it that was comfortable. Bathroom had mould and no shower curtain or similar so whole bathroom gets wet when showering. Had black hairs all over the floor which was gross. Paid for breakfast as front desk said it started at 6.30 when it actually didn't start until 7 which didn't suit my requirements. Room windows are double glazed but all the noise from the street comes straight in through the air...

"Staff was very friendly and food at restaurant was good. Close to airport and rental car returns (15-20 minutes) Bathroom needs serious remodel. Lacks anywhere to place toiletries. Cracked tiles. Looks like it's older than my house. Bedroom area was okay but lacked convenient electrical outlets to plug in. Bed was clean and comfy though. Location is very noisy from truck traffic so not best place of you're a light sleeper. It's not a bad place to stay overall just mediocre but for a night or...
